New Meditation for Beginners Book – Secrets for Success

Meditation for Beginners - Secrets for Success book by Vern Lovic.
This is Lovic’s second meditation book. The first is “Meditation for Beginners – a 22-Day How To Meditate Course.

Vern has been working hard on a book that has been in his head for over a decade. Finally he finished it!

Meditation for Beginners – Secrets for Success is a book unlike most other Buddhist meditation instruction books. This one all but eliminates “Buddhism”. Vern’s approach is that Buddhism came after the Buddha was enlightened. Buddha didn’t have the benefit, or the hindrance, of Buddhism – and he made it. You can too.

This book distills down to the bare elements what is needed for a successful meditation practice. Basically the book teaches meditating on the breath and mindfulness. Those two things are the keys to a fulfilling practice.

The book is available for just at Amazon.com (Click here)

Meditation for Beginners – 2nd Book Almost Finished

My husband has been writing a couple of books about meditation for beginners lately. The first book was a real success and has sold a few thousand copies already at Amazon.com. The title is, “Meditation for Beginners – A 22-Day Course”. Here is the information page for it at our main Thai Amulet Sales site – Meditation for Beginners book (click).

He is almost finished with the next book in the series, called, “Meditation for Beginners – 10 Breath Meditation”. This one gives the entire meditation process in detailed format so you can follow it no matter what your experience level. This next book will be available at Amazon.com also, and will be about the same price – $2.99 to $3.99. Estimated release date is about July 20, 2013.

If you or someone you know is beginning meditation and you want a book that shows you exactly, step-by-step, what to do in order to reach the higher stages (jhana) of meditation – get this next book when it is released. It is cheap and I promise it is one of the best on the Amazon.

Thank you!

The Pali word metta has various meanings. For us it is loving-kindness, friendliness, goodwill, benevolence, fellowship, inoffensiveness and non-violence. The Pali commentators define metta as the strong wish for the welfare and happiness of others (parahita-parasukha-kamana).
