We recently found two of these rare Jatukam Ramathep pendants at Wat Mahathat in Nakhon Si Thammarat, Southern Thailand. One is maroon colored like this one, and one is black – and can be seen below among the other Buddhist items.
These Jatukams have a maroon ceramic coating on the front and are gold plated on the reverse side. Jatukam Ramathep is surrounded by Rahu demons on the front. The reverse shows a rather involved yant design and Phra Pidta – a monk experiencing the jhana meditative realms.
We can put on a free stainless steel (silver) colored traditional case, or a gold plated case (whatever is available).
