Description
This is a lovely tricolor (gold, white, copper) Buddha pendant in Jatukam style found at Wat Sothornwararamworaviharn in Chachoengsao province near Bangkok, Thailand. Unique for this amulet, and one other (gold) is that there is a radiance surrounding the Buddha figure in the center of the front of the amulet. It resembles rays of sunshine, radiating outward from the Buddha.
On the reverse of this pendant is the bot located at the center of the temple grounds at Wat Sothornwararamworaviharn Theravada Buddhist temple in Chachoengsao province in Thailand.
Though round and about the same size as other Jatukam Ramathep amulets, this pendant has nothing at all to do with that style of pendant and was created independent of it.
We have just one of these Thai amulets.
