Here is the next group of images of amulets we found at Wat Mahathat Buddhist temple in Southern Thailand. This temple is the home of the Jatukam Ramathep amulets.

This is one of the original styles of Jatukam amulets from the Wat Mahathat temple. Most Jatukams are in this style and arrangement. There are few of these available at the temple any longer. Supplies are dwindling. ITEM #JATTRITRAD

Naga snakes fill the background of this Jatukam Ramathep amulet. We are not sure what the material on this is… probably solid copper and then plated with something quite brilliant (shiny). ITEM #JATCOPPLAT

Ajarn Jumnien Love & Money Amulets

These are authentic Ajarn Jumnien amulets from Wat Tum Sua Temple in southern Thailand, Aj. Jumnien’s home temple. These amulets are focused on love and money - good luck.

You know, we have hundreds of amulets that just never made it to our website yet. We’ll be making an effort to get some of them online here at the blog so you can have a look at them and choose if you like them.

These Thai amulets in the image above show some rare Ajarn Jumnien amulets from Wat Tum Sua (Tiger Cave Temple) in Krabi, Thailand. These are older amulets - around ten years old, that we found at the temple in their hidden away storage for amulets they didn’t really plan on selling. This is the beauty of walking into the temple personally, and seeing what they might have away from the regular displays on the shelves that other customers get to see. We have a great relationship with the monks and magee (Buddhist nuns) at the temples we visit, and they love to help us find pendants, bracelets, necklaces to buy that otherwise wouldn’t have been sold. We have found so many great amulets like this!

Ajarn Jumnien is seen by Thais, Singaporeans, and Malays, as one of the top Good Luck Monks in Thailand. There are not that many monks well-versed in the magical world of amulet powers. Well, not that many that are still alive. Most of the very famous monks have passed already. Ajarn Jumnien is still alive and well and making these powerful amulets. This one focuses on love and money. The heart, of course signifies love, and there is a bag of money on the reverse. Many Buddhists buy the Nong Kwak amulets for their businesses - which is to help receive more customers, and in general, have more business success. This Aj. Jumnien amulet is for the same thing, money coming in. This amulet has more of a personal focus, on the individual, as opposed to a business. The heart too - is representative of a personal relationship with others.

We have a very limited number of these gold heart shaped good luck and money amulets in stock. What you see in this image is what we have. If it is important for you to have the most unblemished amulet, do let us know and we’ll give you the best of the lot at the time you order.

These rare Ajarn Jumnien love and money amulets, Item Number: AJJUMLOVE9

Dimensions: 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm (3/8″ x 3/8″) - approximately

Listed at just: $39.95

We don’t have a Paypal button made for them yet, so if you want one or more just send the money safely through Paypal to our account: [email protected]

50% Off Sale - All Amulets Under $99, Yants, Necklaces, Bracelets

A large 50 percent off sale on almost all Buddhist amulets, necklaces, bracelets, and yant flags. Click the image to see the special! Limited time only.

We decided that we have entirely too much inventory on hand. After a quick count we came up with over 2,000 Thai amulets, over a thousand necklaces and well over 2,000 bracelets. We have about 50 yant cloths (yant flags)…

We are having a giant sale to see if we can sell a lot of this - at least half of it, so we can get some of the other amulets and Buddhist items we want to offer here.

We are not sure how long this sale will continue - but at least a week, possibly a month. We will have to see what the response is, and how long we can keep it up.

Remember, if you want to order items in bulk, let us know with an email first - we might be able to offer another discount on top of this special in that case. Of course, we may not be able to, but it’s worth a try.

A reminder…

We have a number of Buddha amulets - solid silver, rare white jade, very rare petrified wood Buddhas both at our main ThaiAmuletSales.com site, and our other site, All Buddhas (.com). These are generally over $100 USD, and are items that will last forever, being great keepsakes to hand down to family members and other loved ones. If you want to order a few of them at a time for Christmas, New Years, or any other reason, email us at [email protected] and let us know which amulets you prefer and we’ll come up with a custom price for you.

Green Ceramic Background - Solid SIlver Buddha Amulet from Thailand

Amulet Restocking Trip - Success

We took a road trip to one of our favorite temples, and the most famous Buddhist temple in southern Thailand today. The purpose of the trip was to visit with a friend of mine that just had another baby - this one a girl! So I visited with her and her son, while my hubby went to the main temple to see if he could find some amulets, necklaces and bracelets we needed badly.

And he did!

This video does not give a great representation of the amazing ceramic sparklies that are part of this amulet - the blue. It is all washed out. We’ll shoot better videos tomorrow for this and show it the way it really is! It’s so much better than what you see here - promise. Actually, here are photos below of these amulets which give a better approximation of what they really look like:

Green Ceramic Background - Solid SIlver Buddha Amulet from Thailand

We found a lot of different items we needed. We bought about 80 necklaces, 12 amulets, and a couple of hundred bracelets to restock what was depleted. We give a LOT of bracelets away - hundreds each month, so they go quickly.

Apparently there were two lovely amulets that almost became ours. One did. The one that wasn’t purchased was a Kwan Yin stone carving from Nepal. I’ve seen the photos - hubby said it was stunning. The temple wanted something like 5,000 THB for it. Which is fair, for sure, and actually a good deal I think. But, the problem is - will anyone recognize a Kwan Yin from Nepal? That’s the thing. The Kwan Yin’s from Nepal have many arms - like the typical Indian Kwan Yin, however, they also have many heads and faces… MANY. The face looks very man-like also. Is this something that our customers will buy? We’re just not sure. We didn’t buy it.

The other amazing item, was a blue crystal Buddha - carved straight from an oval rock. It’s priceless. He said he had to buy that one. I’m so glad he did, it’s so beautiful. This is the most beautiful crystal statue we’ve ever had - or seen. Most of the statues are just typical and plain. This one is so lovely you have to see it. We’ll take photos tomorrow in the morning light.

This Buddha is going to be hard to ship. Someone might think it’s an antique or somehow important to Thai history. But, it is not old, it has been made within the last 10 years - we’re guessing. The price will be high. I’m not sure we have anything for $395 at the moment, but I think that’s what makes the most sense. Remember - we give 10% back to the temple after a sale, so if you buy it you are contributing to Wat Mahathat temple again… I say again because we already bought it for thousands of baht, then we’ll give over 1,000 THB back to the temple after it sells.

The other amulets we purchased today were jade Buddhas - the happy, smiling, chubby Buddhas that sell so well. These are a bluish green Buddha color and they are absolutely some of the coolest Buddhas we have. Unfortunately we could only find one of the necklaces we like for these jade Buddha pendants, so the first one to order will get it I guess.

We bought a bunchof the traditional brown bracelets, some pink and white and yellow and white bracelets… and I think even some purple and white because we are running low.

We found two very special bead necklaces that we’ll sell for about $29 each. We just want to test the market and see if anyone out there appreciates them like we do.

Oh, oops, we also grabbed two more of the solid silver Buddha amulets from 7-8 years back that were made specifically for Wat Mahathat in Nakhon Si Thammarat - these are the colored Buddha series - and we now have about 19 of them in stock. We are not sure we will even sell them - we like them so much! These are never to be found again, they were a one time pressing - and the molds have been destroyed. These are collectors items - even more so than the traditional Jatukam Ramathep amulets the temple has. The Buddha Jatukams are still selling like crazy at the temple. Good for us that few Thais have the money to pay what they are worth - and we can still get them!

We currently have in-stock over 1,600 Thai amulets to sell to customers. If you love Thai amulets, you must have a look at our main store: www.ThaiAmuletSales.com and see if you can find something that matches the type of amulet or bracelet you might wear or something you might feel proud to give as a gift.

OK, best of luck and best of life to you…

Small colorful waterproof Buddha amulet for sale from Thailand.

68 New Waterproof Amulets from Thailand

We just finished - it took us a couple of days - adding new amulets to our “Waterproof Amulets” page at ThaiAmuletSales.com. We now have a total of 86 waterproof amulets - and in truth, we didn’t even add some of the other monk amulets, Kwan Yin, Ganesh, and the odd ones that we have on other pages. So, you can find some of the other waterproof amulets on our regular pages as well.

Waterproof Amulets for necklaces, altars, hanging on walls and rearview mirrors ->

We did a quick count - and we have over 1,000 amulets in stock for buyers now. We never wanted to buy them and hold them - but, because the Buddhist temples in Thailand don’t always make the same amulets over and over, we must ensure we have at least most of what we have on the site.

In the case that we don’t have exactly the amulet you wanted, we can give you some alternative choices and credit. You will like the deal.

Don’t forget to see our new Jatukam Page also - we have added MANY lovely Jatukam Ramathep amulets to that page!

A multi-colored Jatukam amulet from Nakhon Si Thammarat, Wat Mahathat temple.

More Jatukam Amulets - Largest Authentic Collection Available in World?

We just purchased a large number of Jatukam amulets. We have over 100 at this point, and they are, for the most part - the best ones we could find. Today we found some real gems. I don’t think we’ve priced an amulet - Jatukam or otherwise, at more than $139 USD, but we’re going to have to raise the bar for some of these. We also have a contact at the temple that can get us another 6 of the best amulets, but we’ll have to return to get them next week.

I think we probably have the nicest, original, completely 100% authentic and blessed Jatukam amulets online anywhere on the planet. That wasn’t really a goal of ours, but the way it turns out - these are some of the best quality amulets that we can find at the temples.

Have a look at our Jatukam Amulets page when you get a chance, watch it grow over the next few days as we photograph and get the order buttons and other essential information up about each of these good luck and protection amulets.

Today we picked up some limited edition copies of amulets that we already have some of. Getting duplicates is difficult, and when we return to the temple to buy some that were there the week before - often times, they are gone and we have to tell the buyer that we cannot fill their amulet order. Not a great way to go about business.

Though we don’t like to buy amulets and keep them in stock, the original Jatukum amulets are selling well and we are happy to buy them in advance - just to know that we have them in stock and can make some buyers happy.

An update to our Thai Amulet Sales service - we are now shipping quite a few amulets with tracking numbers that you can use at our Thailand Post site, as well as whatever country you are in - when the package crosses the border. This has prevented the loss of some of our best amulets, and we think it’s a good practice, and will continue shipping amulets, necklaces, and some other items this way.

If we are sending you something rare that we don’t have any more copies of, or if the item is more than $50 or so, we’ll send it with a tracking number.

Keep watching ThaiAmuletSales.com for the new amulets - and we also have MANY new waterproof amulets that we’ll be adding to the site in the days to come.
