This is a natural occurrence. All metal changes color – gold, silver, everything. You can of course clean gold and silver to restore its brilliance. Aj. Jumnien is the 73 year old abbot of Wat Tum Sua temple in Krabi, Thailand. Luang Phor Tuad Limited Edition Solid Silver Amulet with Blue Background

Luang Phor Tuad was a Buddhist monk in the era of King Rama II. In fact, he was the son of King Rama II. He was a dedicated student of Buddhism and attained very high rank among the monks in Bangkok. At some point he passed over into the realm of being able to do – literally – miracles. He was widely known to have done things like change salt water to drinking water, calming waves on the gulf of Thailand, and walking across water itself.It’s safe to say Luang Phor Tuad is the most revered and highly
esteemed monk in Thai Buddhism. Nearly everyone that has a Buddha amulet also has Luang Phor’s amulet as well.We found these ceramic background solid silver amulets at a little known temple in Surat Thani, Thailand in the south. The eyelet for the necklace has not been drilled. Somdej Shield Buddha Amulet

This is an antique amulet which has been finely worn down, likely in the robe of a monk at the Wat Mahathat temple in Nakhon. The reverse side shows Wat Mahathat Chedi and is almost eery to look at in person. Sorry the photos once again do not adequately represent this amulet. We are not sure how old it is, not more than 60 years. A rough guess is 30 years.
