Most of our gold cased amulets are water
resistant, and they meet most people's needs. However, we also have some
100% waterproof Buddha amulets for those that enjoy sports or swimming
with their amulets around their neck.
If you want a Thai Buddha amulet that doesn't
change with time - as most do, you'll want to get one of these
waterproof amulets. Some are made of metals that will not rust, and
others are covered in a plastic watertight housing that keeps them safe
from humidity and water.
Private dealers sell amulets they get either
at temples, or from private individuals because they are rare or
otherwise one of a kind amulets that cannot be found in the temples any
longer. Here we only sell Buddha
amulets directly from the temples - so they are guaranteed authentic and
blessed.

This is a jade Buddha amulet that is waterproof - if you
don't mind getting the necklace wet. We're not sure what happens if the necklace
gets wet, it will probably be OK - but, we cannot say for sure!
The jade amulet on the otherhand, will be fine - 100% sure.
