| This Buddah pendant is another with what we call "radiance"
because the lines coming away from the Buddha make it seem
like it's a radiating gold aura. It's a nice effect and increases the
flash of the gold.
This unblossomed lotus flower shaped Budha amulet features Buddah on the front (left) in a seated meditative position on top of a coiled Naga (Cobra snake). The color is exceptionally bright and it's possible that the amulet inside the case is 23K gold and not just 18K like the case. The shape is rather unique and it took me a few minutes to figure out what the shape was! It's a closed lotus flower that hasn't bloomed yet. A common theme in Buddahism is the lotus flower.
